The club provides access to world-class architecture, interior design, security systems, audio-visual and lighting control, and comprehensive oversight throughout the construction of each dream home.

During the design process, the Mill Harbor team guides owners through the intricacies of exceptional architecture and interior design, while also helping define functional and technological needs through established industry relationships. Throughout construction, the team operates as an integrated, efficient construction management group, working alongside owners and their representatives to uphold the club’s unparalleled standard of care.

Once construction is complete, the estate property management team collaborates with each owner and their personal staff to deliver discreet, personalized concierge services during every stay. Whether in need of transportation, hospitality services, marina and boat arrangements, or ongoing property maintenance, the Mill Harbor Club team is always available to assist. Michael Kovac
Our firm is based in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood, housed in a 1933 former mattress factory that reflects our love for authentic materials and raw, open spaces. We describe our style as “nature-inspired modernism,” creating diverse projects — from homes and restaurants to wineries, distilleries, and even San Francisco’s bus shelters — with elegant, simple, and enduring solutions. Collaboration is central to our process, both within our team and with clients, blending practical performance with thoughtful, poetic design. A fabrication shop is integral to our practice, allowing us to experiment, craft one-of-a-kind pieces, and let the act of making inform the final design. Sustainability guides our philosophy, with a focus on long-lasting buildings that minimize resources and carbon impact while integrating reclaimed materials with care. Above all, we aim to create beautiful, meaningful places that endure across generations and inspire those who inhabit them.
Fortman, Peterson & Associates explores design concepts through a blend of traditional sketches, hand renderings, digital tools, and physical models. Every project begins with a detailed study of our clients’ needs and vision, developing image books and concept sketches to guide the collaborative process. We work closely with clients, landscape architects, interior designers, and skilled craftspeople to create projects fully integrated with their surroundings. Materials are chosen for authenticity, with technology, lighting, and mechanical systems seamlessly incorporated to enhance both function and beauty. Each project is crafted to feel timeless, appropriate to its site, and built with enduring quality. Founded in 1990, Michael S Smith Inc. thrives under the direction of Michael S. Smith, known for blending tradition with a modern sensibility. His design approach is highly collaborative and personal, treating each project, whether a residence, hotel, or commercial space, as a unique story shaped alongside the client. Every commission is approached organically, with careful attention to how spaces will be lived in and experienced. The firm’s Signature Lines and partnerships with top manufacturers uphold values of timeless style, craftsmanship, and livable luxury. Michael’s distinctive design vocabulary also informs carefully curated collections by artisans from around the world, creating a seamless resource for the design trade. Imagine Integration Technologies (IIT) was developed as a corporation in July 2017. Our experienced staff has been in the security, AV, automation, computer networking, IOT and engineering technologies for 25+ Years. We have developed relationships with our clients spanning 10+ years of services in these technologies. IIT was put together from our client feedback needing our custom
tailored services that were not supported by the companies we were employed by. For years we developed these technologies without support from our incumbent employers. JP Certified specializes in precision HVAC systems and advanced building controls, offering a comprehensive range of services including custom controls integration, HVAC system design and installation, and energy management solutions. Known for meticulous project management, JP Certified delivers high-performance environments tailored to client needs. Their expertise spans utility analysis and system optimization, ensuring solutions that enhance both performance and sustainability.
Matthew Rosenthal of Trinity Consultants is one of the preeminent acoustic designer in North America for private residential developments for high net worth individuals. He manages Trinity Consultants Built Environment’s West Coast Operations. Acoustics can be challenging due to humans being such visual creatures. The best way to understand then is to experience the experience with ears. It is rare to hear about the noise in a space unless it’s an issue, and when it is a problem, it’s generally a big problem. By leveraging an acoustic virtual reality system calibrated to the real world, Matt can make the subjective objective and ensure that the design of your space delivers on your expectations for sound. Trinity empowers clients to achieve things they didn’t know were possible. Combining user-led design with technical excellence and ingenuity, Matt can provide foresight into the future performance of a building.
